ABOUT Bring Them In Ministries

We exist to strengthen and support your ministry.

Our passion to help churches reach children and their families for Christ—equipping leaders with training, tools, and encouragement so they can make a lasting impact.

Our Story

1971

BTI began in 1971 as a simple four-page, typewritten Bus Ministry newsletter edited by Wick Brandon.

1972

In 1972, S. Ray Sadler transformed it into a full magazine. Sadly, Ray passed away in a small plane crash after returning from a conference. His brother, Joe R. Sadler, continued the work until 1975, when he sold the magazine to Larry Hipps.

1975

Since then, Dr. Larry Hipps has led BTI for over five decades—expanding from publications to nationwide training seminars, conferences, and a full range of children’s ministry resources.

Training That Works

BTI has trained thousands of workers in hundreds of churches across the U.S. and three foreign countries. We offer practical, experience-backed training in:

  • Sunday School
  • Bus Ministry
  • Children’s Church
  • Puppet Ministry
  • …and more!

This is top-notch training from someone who has worked in every aspect of children’s ministry.
